Welcome to Innovative Wraps. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, communications with our business, and services provided by Innovative Wraps. By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, scheduling services, or doing business with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Innovative Wraps provides automotive customization and protection services, including:
- Vehicle wraps
- Paint protection film
- Window tinting
- Ceramic coatings
- Paint correction
- Related vehicle appearance and protection services
Services are subject to availability and may require an appointment, deposit, signed estimate, or separate service agreement.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available when they are prepared.
Pricing may change if:
- The vehicle differs from the information provided
- Additional labor or materials are required
- Hidden damage or surface issues are discovered
- The customer requests changes
- The scope of work changes after approval
We will notify the customer before performing material work that causes a significant price increase.
3. Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required to reserve an appointment, order materials, or begin design work.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Deposits are applied toward the final invoice
- Remaining balances are due when services are completed
- Vehicles may not be released until all amounts due are paid
- Custom materials and completed design work may be non-refundable
Customers are responsible for approved charges, applicable taxes, and collection costs permitted by law.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Deposits may be non-refundable when:
- An appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice
- The customer fails to attend an appointment
- Custom materials have already been ordered
- Design or preparation work has already begun
Any cancellation or refund terms shown on an estimate or service agreement will also apply.
5. Vehicle Condition
Customers must disclose known vehicle damage, repainting, repairs, coatings, rust, oxidation, failing clear coat, or other conditions that may affect installation.
Innovative Wraps is not responsible for problems caused by:
- Pre-existing paint or body damage
- Failing factory or aftermarket paint
- Rust, oxidation, or corrosion
- Improper repairs or repainting
- Existing adhesive, film, coatings, or contamination
- Manufacturer defects
- Undisclosed vehicle conditions
The customer authorizes reasonable inspection of the vehicle before and during service.
6. Installation Limitations
Results may vary based on the vehicle, materials, design, environment, and surface condition.
Minor edge visibility, seams, relief cuts, texture, dust, or other small imperfections may occur and do not necessarily indicate defective workmanship.
Wraps, film, tint, and coatings may naturally wear, fade, lift, stain, or deteriorate over time.
7. Customer-Supplied Designs and Materials
Customers are responsible for confirming that any supplied artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, or other materials may legally be used.
The customer grants Innovative Wraps permission to reproduce those materials as necessary to complete the project.
Innovative Wraps is not responsible for claims arising from materials supplied or approved by the customer.
8. Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before production or installation.
Approval confirms acceptance of:
- Spelling
- Contact information
- Colors
- Layout
- Vehicle details
- Logos and images
- Overall design
Colors displayed on screens or printed proofs may differ from final installed materials.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees or delays.
9. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties are governed by the applicable manufacturer’s terms.
Any workmanship warranty provided by Innovative Wraps will be communicated separately and may vary by service.
Warranty coverage may be denied or voided when damage results from:
- Accidents
- Improper washing or maintenance
- Pressure washing too close to edges
- Chemicals, solvents, or abrasives
- Scraping, picking, or intentional damage
- Third-party repairs or modifications
- Neglect, misuse, or environmental damage
Normal wear and tear is not a workmanship defect.
10. Vehicle Pickup and Storage
Customers must collect their vehicles promptly after being notified that service is complete.
Storage fees may apply when a vehicle remains beyond the agreed pickup period.
Vehicles left for an extended time may be handled in accordance with applicable New Mexico law.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Introduce malicious code
- Interfere with website operation or security
- Copy or reproduce protected content without authorization
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website content or features at any time.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Innovative Wraps owns or licenses the website content, branding, graphics, photographs, designs, layouts, and other original materials it creates.
Payment for services does not transfer ownership of unused concepts, working files, templates, or proprietary production materials unless expressly stated in writing.
13. SMS Messaging Terms
By selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Innovative Wraps regarding:
- Quote requests
- Appointment scheduling and reminders
- Project and installation updates
- Responses to customer inquiries
- Related customer-care communications
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and service activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Providing a phone number without selecting the SMS consent checkbox does not enroll you in SMS messaging.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you provide new consent. Twilio’s current Messaging Policy similarly requires messaging to stop after consent is withdrawn, apart from a final confirmation where appropriate.

Our total liability for a claim relating to a specific service will not exceed the amount paid to Innovative Wraps for that service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold Innovative Wraps harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of the website
- Materials or designs you provide
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of another person’s rights
