Innovative Wraps provides vehicle customization services including, but not limited to:
- Vehicle wraps
- Paint protection film (PPF)
- Window tinting
- Related automotive enhancement services
All services are subject to availability and may require appointments, deposits, or signed estimates before work begins.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by Innovative Wraps are based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation.
Prices may change if:
- Additional labor or materials are required
- Hidden vehicle damage is discovered
- The customer requests changes after work has begun
Customers will be notified of any significant pricing changes before additional work is performed.
3. Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required before scheduling certain services. Deposits are applied toward the final invoice.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment methods listed at our business location or website.
Failure to make payment may result in delayed vehicle release or additional collection actions permitted by law.
4. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in suitable condition before service.
Innovative Wraps is not responsible for issues caused by:
- Pre-existing paint damage
- Rust, oxidation, or failing clear coat
- Improper prior repairs or repainting
- Manufacturer paint defects
- Poor surface condition affecting adhesion
Customers should disclose any known paint or body issues before service begins.
5. Installation Limitations
While we strive for high-quality results, certain limitations may occur depending on vehicle condition, design complexity, material availability, or environmental factors.
Minor imperfections, edge visibility, or normal material aging may occur over time and do not necessarily indicate defective installation.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Any manufacturer warranties on vinyl, paint protection film, tint, or coatings are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.
Innovative Wraps may provide workmanship warranties for specific services, which will be communicated separately if applicable.
Warranty coverage may be void if:
- The vehicle is improperly maintained
- The product is damaged by accidents, chemicals, pressure washing, abuse, or neglect
- Modifications are made after installation
7. Appointment Cancellations
Customers should provide reasonable notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Deposits may be non-refundable for last-minute cancellations, missed appointments, or custom-ordered materials.
8. Vehicle Storage and Abandoned Vehicles
Customers are expected to pick up their vehicle promptly after service completion.
Innovative Wraps reserves the right to charge storage fees for vehicles left beyond the agreed pickup timeframe. Vehicles abandoned for extended periods may be subject to applicable state laws regarding abandoned property.
9. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission
- Interfere with website functionality or security
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue website content at any time without notice.
10. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, graphics, website content, and original designs created by Innovative Wraps remain the property of Innovative Wraps unless otherwise agreed in writing.
